The Problems & How We Turned Things Around.
Lead quality nightmare - NUACOM's sales team was wasting hours chasing unqualified leads from Google Ads - spam calls, fake form fills, and tire-kickers dominated their pipeline because conversion inputs weren't properly configured to filter out the junk.
Poor Budget Allocation: NUACOM was barely showing up when people searched for their most valuable keywords - in some cases appearing less than 10% of the time while competitors dominated the search results in every target market. Their budget was spread so thin across weak keywords that they were essentially invisible for the "golden bullet" search terms that actually drive qualified leads and sales.
Bloated Keyword Selection. After exporting all-time search term data, sorting by spend, we discovered that NUACOM's keyword strategy was messy - low-intent, research-phase search terms were burning through the majority of their budget while attracting tire-kickers who had no intention of buying.
Roonii’s Action Points
Unclear Value Prop: We scrapped NUACOM's existing fluffy, jargon-heavy responsive search ads that were delivering poor click-through rates and replaced them with compelling, capability-focused copy that clearly communicated what the software actually does. The new ads cut through the noise by directly showcasing NUACOM's core value propositions - reliable business calling solutions and improved customer service - in crystal clear language that prospects could immediately understand and act on.
Focusing on high-commercial-intent terms: We ruthlessly cut the keyword list down to only bottom-funnel terms that targeted prospects actively looking to purchase voip solutions, immediately eliminating wasted spend on unqualified traffic. No more wasted clicks from window shoppers and low-intent browsers.
Optimizing towards Hubspot Opportunities: Shifted to the campaigns to optimize towards SQLS and eliminating the redundant conversion events. Signalling to Google the type of high-quality leads for Nuacom, and avoiding tyre-kickers.
