First action was to optimize the conversion tracking through eliminating the redundant conversion events, focusing the campaigns to optimize towards MQLs & SQLs.

Landing Page Audit

Our audit identified three critical conversion barriers on ScoreBuddy's landing page.

  1. The demo form lacks compelling messaging and clear expectations, positioning the demo as a sales pitch rather than valuable consultation.

  2. The page had a lack of social proof. No customer logos, testimonials, or credibility metrics to build trust.

  3. Mobile pagespeed issues further harmed user experience and conversion rate [Insert attached mobile speed image].

Moving From Performance Max To High-Intent Search Ads

Performance Max was the highest spending campaign before we came on board.

We paused PMax, and rolled out new Google Search campaigns using tightly organized keyword sets targeting enterprise related terms, supported by solution-specific ad copy to increase CTR & demo bookings.

Developing LinkedIn ad campaigns for demand generation & demand capture

We analyzed ScoreBuddy's existing brand assets and created targeted ad banners designed to generate demand among QA managers at contact centers, while also capturing users who had previously visited the site without converting.

Our new ad creatives emphasized core platform capabilities and leveraged high-profile client relationships like Intercom for credibility. The campaigns strategically balanced capability-driven messaging with powerful social proof to maximize engagement.
