Here's how we did it:
We disabled search partners & display network settings on the Search campaigns as it was serving a lot of low quality/bot traffic.
Brand traffic was previously filtering into Non-Brand campaigns - A dedicated brand campaign was built to resolve this issue.
Search terms for the last 365 days were sorted by cost, exported, and reviewed in full. Over 30% of search terms were irrelevant.
A shared negative keyword list was built on the back of these irrelevant terms to avoid future wasted spend.
